Services Provided Kamala Wright Agency offers booking, management, marketing, and public relations services for artists, DJs, promoters, and entertainment brands. The specific terms for each service will be outlined in individual client agreements. 3. Client Responsibilities Provide accurate and timely information regarding their needs and availability. Fulfill contractual obligations, including payments and deadlines. Cover travel, accommodation, and related expenses unless otherwise agreed. Maintain professionalism in all engagements. Request service modifications in writing, understanding that additional charges may apply. 4. Booking and Payment Terms A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required for all bookings. Full payment must be received before service commencement unless a structured plan is approved. Late payments may lead to service suspension or cancellation. Any additional costs requested by the client will be billed separately. 5. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. If Kamala Wright Agency cancels, a refund may be issued at its discretion. Clients who cancel after work has begun must compensate for services rendered. 6. Liability and Indemnity Kamala Wright Agency is not liable for losses due to cancellations, changes, or non-compliance by the client. Clients agree to indemnify the agency from claims related to their actions. 7. Confidentiality All client information remains confidential unless disclosure is legally required or mutually agreed upon. 8. Intellectual Property All materials, branding, and content created by Kamala Wright Agency remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients must have rights to any content they provide. 9. Dispute Resolution Disputes should first be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved, mediation or legal proceedings will follow under applicable jurisdiction. 10. Amendments Kamala Wright Agency reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
